Ficus Ginseng – Ficus Ginseng has a thick, pot-bellied trunk, similar to the Ginseng root. It is grafted with Ficus microcarpa leaves (combining it to a ficus microcarpa ginseng).
Comes pre-planted in a Ceramic Pot.
Light – Needs good light – a west facing balcony or a well lit interior space
Soil – Loamy with excellent drainage.
Watering – Water every alternate day.
Feeding – A weak all purpose feed once a month is more than sufficient.
Re-potting – This is not normally needed, but if the plant has outgrown its pot it’s a good idea to repot in Spring.
Speed of Growth – Slow.
